Cycle Asia for Sunnyfield
Story
Every year I set myself a challenge and to raise money for a great cause! This year I have set the very ambitious task of cycling 1200km across Asia from Thailand, through Cambodia and finishing in Vietnam. My challenge starts in Bangkok as I pedal my way along pot hole infested roads, through thick tropical jungle and mountain passes, all in the blistering heat!
I leave on 2 November and I have 16 days to make it to the finishing line in Ho Chi Minh. For those of you who know me.... fitness is not my main pastime, and I can't say I have ever spent any real time on a bike! HOWEVER, it wouldn't be a challenge if it was easy :)
The humidity makes this challenge even harder but I am determined to embrace the experience and raise as much money as I can for Sunnyfield, which for those of you in the UK is the charity I currently work for, which helps support people with intellectual disabilities. So come on guys, dig deep and show your support!!!

Sunnyfield is a member based, registered not-for-profit charity. Working together with families, friends and dedicated staff, Sunnyfield supports a brighter future for people with disability by creating choice, opportunities and skills for life.
Sunnyfield supports over 1,500 people with disability access services from 78 sites across NSW and the ACT.
We provide services in the areas of accommodation, community services (centre based and access), supported employment, short-term accommodation and support coordination.
