Story
I'm about to embark on my seventh Tasmania Police Charity Trust ride. Each year this event makes a difference for members of the Tasmanian community by raising funds for selected local charities.
This year we'll be covering over 400 kilometres over three days, encountering a large number of hills along the way. It's going to be a tough few days of riding, which of course pale in comparison to the everyday struggles of the Trust's beneficiaries.
All riders cover their own costs for the event so that all funds raised go directly to the nominated charities. This year we're supporting Down Syndrome Tas and New Horizons Tas.
Members of Tasmania Police also contribute their spare time to support the riders both on and off the road.
This is an amazing cause that deserves any support you can afford to give.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to my charity of choice.
