Hi there!
Are you fit and health? How about just healthy?? Well, what if your are striving to be F&H? I'm in the striving category, and generally need to be presented a physical challenge to motivate me. Fortunately (and I take this for granted most days), I do not suffer from a debilitating illness or disease. SO, I'm gearing up and making a difference by fundraising for a cause that's close to my heart. I’d appreciate any contribution, BIG or small. It'll make you feel good, and you also get the benefit of knowing that on the 15 October, I'll be in the pain zone during most of the ride.
