Hi there!
Life is full of ups and downs. I'll be experiencing a few on the hills around Jindabyne next week. But seriously, HopeStreet does help those marginalised in our city (and beyond). BaptistCare HopeStreet is committed to providing compassionate care. Many community members are experiencing homelessness, dealing with addiction, mental health, physical health and legal issues, in addition to having diminished employment opportunities.
Supporting people of all ages, our team helps to empower people, as they confront complex issues and to explore pathways toward education, training and employment.
HopeStreet directs their help at the street level by building relationships with individuals in need, creating avenues of trust and forming partnerships to be a consistent presence and support for whatever journey a person may be on.
