Hi there! my name is Rhonda and I am participating in the Big Ride for Palestine again this year. As an Aboriginal woman I support human rights for all without exception and that's why I choose to ride from Brisbane to Byron Bay to raise awareness and funds for educational equipment for children living in Hebron.  I support and applaud the work carried out by APHEDA staff working in Palestine and other groups like Friends of Hebron who share a vision of peace, human rights and justice for Palestinian children and their families living under occupation.  Access to education is a universal right and no child should have to bear witness to having their school or playground bulldozed to the ground or fear being harassed or assaulted by settlers as they make their way to school.  Education is a leveller and a passport to freedom that is why I seek your support in sponsoring me to raise funds for the children of Hebron, so that they too can enjoy a safe place to learn and play and enjoy their childhood and youth.  Please consider making a donation (however large or small) to this very worthy cause.
